Who Wants To Live Above The Wolseley?

Who Wants To Live Above The Wolseley?

IF there ever was a home to tempt Kate Moss away from her cosy Highgate bolthole, surely this is it. Not only does a certain duplex apartment advertised this week with Knight Frank boast two terraces, a gym, a games area, and views of the London Eye and Big Ben, but it is situated - wait for it - above The Wolseley.
So, not only would Moss be a mere catwalk away from Bond Street's shops - but she could have breakfast, lunch and dinner at her favourite table (number 32 if sources are to be believed), in her favourite restaurant, without even leaving the building.
Granted, the privilege wouldn't come cheaply; the apartment, with interiors by Candy & Candy, costs a dazzling £47.5 million - but for the pleasure of the Piccadilly restaurant's berry pancakes or lobster cocktail; the supermodel might just think it is worth it.
Well, she did earn almost £12 million last year.
